Policies
1. Deposits: A $50.00 deposit will be collected when the reservation is made on 13×13 and 15×15 units. There will be a $100. deposit on our larger units. This deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made 3 days before the party. Cancellations closer than 3 days to the party will result in a non-refunded deposit.
2. Rental Agreement: All customers will be required to sign a rental agreement when the bounce house is delivered.
3. Cancellations: We will refund your full deposit if cancellation is made 3 days before the party. Cancellations closer than 3 days to the party will result in a non-refunded deposit.
4. Rain/Weather: If it rains or is very windy (winds of 15mph) on the day of your party, your full deposit will be refunded and your party will be cancelled. Note: if it rains or gets windy in the middle of your party, we will not refund your money, so please consider this when weather is expected to be rainy/windy.
5. Parks/Public Property: It is your responsibility to contact the park/public property, in advance, to make them aware of your Bounce House rental. Any special park requirements must be made aware to us in advance of the party. We will not refund your money if a park ranger asks you to take down the Bounce House because there are too many Bounce Houses in the park that day, because you didn’t contact the park in advance.
6. Damage: Your credit card number will be collected on the rental agreement. This number will only be used if you or those present damage/tear/cut our Bounce House.
7. Cleaning: No food, drink, water, candy, toys, rocks, silly string, sharp objects, or the like are allowed in our Bounce Houses. A $30.00 cleaning fee will be charged to you if you permit these non-allowed items.
8. Shoes/Socks: No shoes can be worn in any of our Bounce Houses, however socks must be worn at all times.
